Breathe Flow Write

Ashley Shires, M.A., writes about yoga, sustainable living and the outdoors. Certified in Ashtanga yoga with Richard Freeman, Ashley has been teaching mindful vinyasa flow classes for 15 years. With a Master’s Degree in Creative Writing, she has studied with writers such as Lucia Berlin and Cheryl Strayed, has taught writing across the U.S., and is a contributing editor at SF Yoga Magazine.
