Ashley Shires, M.A., works with clients in the realms of stress management, grief,  relationship loss recovery, narrative psychology and creative transformation. Certified in Ashtanga yoga with Richard Freeman, Ashley has been teaching mindful vinyasa flow classes since 2002. An award-winning writer, she is published with  SF Yoga Magazine  and she has studied with self-reflective writers including Lucia Berlin, Cheryl Strayed and Dani Shapiro. Ashley teaches workshops online and across the U.S. that incorporate guided meditations and journaling prompts to help clients tap deep into their creative potential to heal and transform.
