Compassionate, mindfulness-based counseling: I support my clients through life transitions, grief, anxiety and other emotional challenges, including recovery from divorce and relationship loss. I offer positive psychology tools to help clients live a more meaningful, connected and creative life.
 
I hold space for my clients with warmth and compassion, supporting each individual on their journey to greater self-awareness, helping them to envision a deeper sense of meaning and purpose. I teach research-based techniques to help clients calm their nervous system during times of stress, nurturing the seeds for transformation.
 
If you are working on a creative project, I will guide you to reflect on deeper meanings and to visualize the completed scope of your work. I will support you in the hard, beautiful, transformative work of taking action.
