IMG_5817Mindfulness-based counseling: I support my clients through life transitions, relationship loss, grief, anxiety and depression. I hold space for my clients with warmth and compassion, offering research-based tools to change unhealthy coping mechanisms. I am trained in Brainspotting (which evolved from EMDR) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. 

I am passionate about helping my clients clear trauma that is holding them back. I help clients learn to regulate their nervous systems and break patterns of ruminative thinking, freeing them to live their most meaningful, connected and creative lives.
